There is nothing better when all the magic aligns and there are clear sunny skies on your wedding day. Even better when it is with a fun, creative, sweet couple like McKenzie and Ryan. This summer wedding was held at McKenzie’s brother Cole’s countryside home. Throughout the months leading up, their family made upgrades to help their wedding be everything and then some. This Disney themed wedding was a dream. Everywhere you turned you would find unique hidden Mickey ears.
Their wedding was July 17, which was perfect for the couple. It’s actually the day that Disneyland first ever opened…which is also where they are spending their honeymoon. Ryan also proposed at Disney. To say the least, it is very close to their hearts.
I’ve actually known McKenzie “Zie” for years. She reached out to me after she got engaged and told me I was the first person she thought of for taking their photos. I was both humbled and honored. During their engagement session is when I got to meet Ryan. Their love for each other is such a joy to watch and is undeniable to anyone who meets them.
Their wedding day was so special from the heartfelt dances to legendary songs such as “You’ll be in my heart” and “A whole new world,” and the DIY touches McKenzie placed throughout. All you can do was smile during every moment. So many family and friends came together to help and love them. Congratulations McKenzie and Ryan on your next chapter. Wishing you all the Disney magic in the world!

Aww thank you so much! Disney really is a blast and the unique special touches they added were really magic added to the day. I’m so happy for what the future has in store for them.
